PedaL Faculty Enhancement
More than 120 faculty members have completed a 3- module Pedagogical Leadership in Africa (PedaL)
The Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence (CTLE) staff consists of a director, programs specialist, educational technology and media production technologist and a program assistant. There is a CTLE committee established by the university management. Other than contributing to CTLE strategic planning and policy framework, the CTLE committee plays and oversight role on course develop, teaching and learning, pedagogical conferences and provision of linkages to expertise. CTLE is committed to advance a KCA University culture dedicated to the principles of effective teaching in pursuit of transformative learning experiences and student success.
