The CTLE 2024–2028 Strategic Plan Drafting Retreat took place from 9th–12th September 2025 at Burch Resort, Naivasha, organized by the Center for Teaching & Learning Excellence (CTLE) and attended by KCA University leadership and CTLE Committee members.

Guided by CTLE Director Prof. Simon Ngigi, the retreat successfully developed and aligned CTLE’s strategic plan with KCA University’s 2024–2028 Strategic Plan. This collaborative process strengthened institutional direction, ensuring CTLE’s initiatives are fully integrated with the university’s long‑term goals.
