Quality Leadership & Management Training

The training was held at Burch Hotel in Naivasha. The target group was the Deans, Directors, and Chairpersons of the academic division. The training was attended by 27 participants where the DVC – Academic and Student Affairs opened and closed the event. The training was to help the participants in the smooth execution of their day to day functions. Through the training, the Handbook for Deans, Directors, and Chairperson of Department was developed to show the role functions of the target group.
