Empowering Educational Leaders: A Recap of the Curriculum Development Workshop

In February 2024, educational leaders gathered for a transformative Curriculum Development Workshop. The workshop aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to enhance curriculum design and implementation. Throughout the intensive training, participants delved into various aspects of curriculum development, with a focus on the following objectives:

  1. Grasping Educational Philosophies: Participants gained a deeper understanding of educational philosophies to effectively articulate their institution’s curricular vision.

During the first phase of the workshop, held from February 20th to 22nd, 2024, Deans, Directors, and Course Organizers (CODs) came together to embark on this journey of professional development and innovation.
